Yellllooo.
Sorry I haven't been keeping up. This past week has been busy. Christina and Fadi came to visit me this past weekend! It really warms my heart when my friends from Miami pay money for a plane ticket just to visit me in random Michigan. The weekend was your typical crazy hardcore college weekend!!then Monday was my first critique for graphic design. We had to pick a greek god and find a symbol that represents that god. Then intertwine that symbol with the first letter of the gods name. I chose a sun for Apollo. So I've been working on it for about 2 weeks and I was so excited about the way it turned out. I wasn't really stressed about critique and was confident that it was going to go well. It turns out I was wrong. I did not get one positive feed back from the class nor my professor. I just had to suck it up and take the comments and use them for next time. Even though I was still confident about my project I was still a little bummed out.
After class I waited for Julia at her car and had a nice long talk with Mallery. I miss her more than words can describe. When Julia got out of class she met up with me at her car and propossed the idea of going to the pet store and picking up a pet for us. We went to Pursest Pets in old town and walked out 200$ broker and a new animal. It's a Degu.

Drive

I think I'm going to make my blog titles the name of the song I'm listening to at the moment. Most likely all being Incubus songs.

So today didn't get any better. My 8 am class was hell. The whole time I was just weighting out my options of leaving early and getting caught, if it was really worth it. Fortunately today lecture was actually really interesting so I stuck it out.
Right after class I just ran home, made myself some tea and went into a full blown comma... for about an hour. So pretty much for the rest of the day I've just been working on some homework. Here's my first color photography project. It's nothing too crazy, just the basics.

So the current time is 6:24 am. I've been up since 5 on the dot. I woke up to my neck closed for the most part. I'm def getting sick. This was a really good past weekend. We had our first tailgate and football game. We won of course. I wish I could have gotten football tickets this year seeing that this is my LAST year. Unfortunately times are tough and I rather get money for food then football tickets. We met our neighbors who are AMAZING. I love them so much.
Today we went to the pool with them and had an amazing time. We met everyone who lived in this area. <3
Unfortunately I got into a minor tiff with one of my roommates, but nothing too major. I'm sure the fact that alcohol was involved had something to do with it as well. Whatever, it's time for class! Talk to you tonight.

Are You In?

Today was probably one of the funniest days of my life. Yesterday I went to burger-rama with Sammy. It started at 3 and it was all down hill from there. In the beginning I really loved getting to chill with Sammy. She is such a wonderful person and so high souled. I'm still not 100% sure how I got home. Well anyways this morning I wake up at 7am to the sound of guys voices in the hall and me in my undies and bra. I put some clothes on then just went back to bed. At about 10 I woke up again and was in desperate need of water. I opened up the fridge to find careys CD in there, then her black heel in the ice maker. Julia wakes up and we start looking around the apartment to find

CD in fridge
Shoes in freezer
Ranch under the sofa cousion
Ash tray under the other sofa cousion
Opened tuna hidden in the back of the cobert
Fruit cups in the microwave
Binder in the oven
Pizza smeered on the cabnet
Banana in the shoes

I guess Jessica had brought over some guys last night and when she went to bed they got a little bored. So pretty much this whole day was laying around the apartment finding things here and there. It was like a giant game of I SPY. I need to discover a rewind button in my life so I could relive these days over and over.. but not for too long!
Julia and I watched Monster Ball which I really didn't like too much and I just played around on photoshot.

boxes

I got my boxes today! It feels like Christmas when I open them because I really never know whats in them. I unloaded all my boxes but 2. I even started to hang things up. Its a slow process but a needed one. While unpacking I started to think of how I've moved so many times to so many and how I always complain and hate the town, but when I move I miss it. New goal: appreciate what I got and what is in front of me.

Day one

I'm so upset with myself that I haven't kept up with my blog. For real I'm starting now. So I moved back to Michigan today. Sus took me wtih her little rat.. that i love. I almost missed my flight!!! I'm pretty sure that MIA is the worst possible airport in the world!!

So I finally land in Michigan and the weather is so cold and rainy. Not a pleasant welcoming. Julia picked me up and we went straight to campus. We ordered wings and just laid around with Jess. Beset first night ever!!
